Useful the moment you sit down to register, so nothing you enter has to be corrected afterwards.
This block covers the whole opening sequence and what to prepare, so one attempt is enough.
By the end you will have filled every field exactly as we check it.
The registration lives behind the register button at the top of the site, and the button hands you the whole form. Read it once before typing, because going back to change a field is slower than getting it right.
Pick an address you actually read daily, since the confirmation and any reset link land there. Use a password you don't reuse on other sites, and keep it somewhere private rather than in a note on your phone.
Copy your full name, birth date and home address straight from your identity document, character for character. A shortened first name or an old street will fail the later check even if everything else is correct.
Choose Australia as your country and Australian dollars as your balance, then leave both alone. Changing currency afterwards is not something the account supports, so a quick swap later is not an option.
Tick the terms box only after you have opened the rules link and read what you're agreeing to. Add the age confirmation when you can honestly say you meet the 18+ requirement.
Minimum age: 18+; Residence: Australia only
Accounts per person: One only; Name and address: As in your document
Balance currency: AUD, shown as A$; First deposit from: £20
You fill every field, press the button and nothing happens, usually because one required box is still empty or the page has timed out.
Name and birth date are copied by eye, so a swapped letter or a wrong year slips in; the site then flags the details as not matching.
The confirmation mail lands in spam, promotions or a filter, so your inbox looks empty while the account waits unconfirmed until you find it.
You registered before with the same address, or a household member did, and the system matches the details to the account already on file.
